"Had a small issue with my order…"
Had a small issue with my order, so I emailed Rogue expecting the usual customer service adventure. You know, because who doesn’t love waiting forever for a vague reply? But they actually got back to me quickly, explained what was going on, and didn’t make it a whole thing. Super helpful, easy to deal with, and they got it sorted faster than I expected. Wild concept, I know.

"Surprisingly Easy Return"
I had to return a pair of shoes that didn’t fit quite right, rogue made the whole thing way easier than I expected. The return label was simple to get, and the refund showed up faster than I figured it would. For once, a return process didn’t feel like it was designed to test my patience, so credit where it’s due.

"Good gear, but the instructions could be clearer"
I ordered some gear from Rogue the product itself seems solid. I don’t think I was overcomplicating it or anything, but the instructions were a bit confusing in a few spots. Some steps felt like they were either skipped or not explained clearly enough, so I ended up looking online just to make sure I wasn’t putting something together the wrong way. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, it just took longer than I expected. Clearer pictures and better wording would make a big difference...

The box arrived in great shape with no dents at all. compared to some other packages I’ve gotten lately, this one felt much more solid and well packed.

"Easy checkout, clear shipping"
I ordered a few things from Rogue and the whole checkout process was painless, the cart updated like it should, I could see the shipping cost before I paid which I always appreciate, there weren’t any weird popups or confusing extra steps, Apple Pay went through on the first try, and the confirmation email showed up right away, so the only real downside was that shipping wasn’t exactly cheap but at least they were upfront about it before I placed the order

"Solid add-ons, just double check your rack model"
I ordered a few add-ons for my Rogue rack and overall they worked out well. Most of the holes and spacing lined up the way I expected, so that was a relief. One attachment needed a little fiddling before it sat right, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I’d just recommend double checking your exact rack model before ordering so you don’t run into any surprises.

"Good product, but shipping feels steep"
The stuff I ordered was actually good, no complaints there. The only thing that bothered me was the shipping cost, it felt way too high for what it was. I also never really trust customer service to do much about things like that, so I didn’t bother reaching out. Overall, happy with the product, just not thrilled about the extra cost...

I ordered a bar and some plates on Monday, and somehow they were at my door by Thursday. I wasn’t really expecting that, especially with how heavy this stuff is. The tracking was easy enough to follow, and yeah, the boxes looked a little rough when they got here, but everything inside was fine. For what I needed, that was the main thing. based on the shipping alone, I’d give it 5 stars...

"Easier to Put Together Than I Expected"
I ordered this from Rogue, and from what I remember, the whole setup went a lot smoother than I was expecting. The parts were packed nicely, nothing felt confusing, and everything seemed to line up the way it should. I put it together by myself in about an hour and only had to glance back at the instructions a couple of times. Once it was all up, it felt really solid. Definitely a 5-star experience for me

"I’ve always thought Rogue was a…"
I’ve always thought Rogue was a legit and reliable brand, and overall I still trust their products. That said, my recent experience with support and shipping updates wasn’t great. I had to wait around without clear communication, which was frustrating. I still like the brand, but for the inconvenience, I’d expect some kind of compensation or at least a gesture to make it right.

"Warranty Was Covered, Just Took Some Patience"
I had to reach out to Rogue about a warranty issue with one of the parts. To be fair, they did end up covering it, so I’m not going to act like they didn’t take care of it. The only thing is the replies took a few days each time, and I had to follow up twice to keep things moving. Not saying it was a terrible experience or anything, just a little slower and more of a hassle than I expected.

I ordered a rack and plates, i was half expecting the measurements or weight to be off and to feel like I deserved an apology for the hassle. But everything listed on Rogue was right on when it showed up. No guessing, no weird surprises, and it all matched what I expected. Happy with that.

"Way more options than I expected"
I was just looking for a few basic things at first, but I ended up finding way more than I expected. Barbells, plates, racks, all of it was easy to compare. It was nice having all the serious gym equipment in one place instead of having to jump around to a bunch of different sites.

I ordered a few space-saving pieces from Rogue Fitness for my garage gym, and I’ve been really happy with them. The wall-mounted rack folds in easily and doesn’t take over the whole room, which I was kinda worried about at first. Everything feels really sturdy, but it still keeps my setup simple and not too crowded. Shipping was fine, and everything was packed well. It’s definitely not the cheapest option, but if you’re short on space, I’d say it’s worth it.

I ordered from Rogue a while back because I was trying to stick with gear that’s made in the USA, or at least has that solid, well-built feel. From what I remember when the rack and plates showed up, everything felt sturdy right away—nothing had that cheap or flimsy vibe. The packaging was also better than I expected. It definitely wasn’t the cheapest option, but looking back, I don’t regret spending a little more for something that feels like it’ll hold up.
