"Incredible Company and Great Experiences"
I have ordered Rogue apparel multiple times and each time it ships out extremely quickly and they do a great job keeping you updated on the status of your purchase. Their sizing information on their website is accurate and the pricing is more than fair for the quality. I could not have asked for a better experience.
Side note: they are experiencing issues with fulfilling equipment (ex: dumbbell, barbells, weights) due to overwhelming and unprecedented demand as a result of the pandemic. They are working on resolving these issues and are completely transparent with their customers about these issues and their efforts to resolve them without sacrificing quality.

"Customer Service"
Superb customer service... the absolute best. Great communication and a very professional team!
I ordered an Echo Bike that had an internal clicking. I reached out to Rogue's customer service via email and attached a video of the issue. They responded promptly and sent out a new Echo Bike shortly thereafter.

“Ordered an Echobike to Toronto, Canada. 15 days from order to delivery, no issues whatsoever. Prompt customer service replies, item arrived in perfect condition and I am very happy with the product itself.”
